Welcome to zxql! This application allows you to easily view 48K ZX Spectrum .SNA snapshot files using macOS Quick Look. Enjoy seamless access to your favorite classic games right from the Finder.

📦 Download & Install

To get started, you’ll need to download zxql. You can do this by visiting the Releases page.

💻 System Requirements

• Operating System: macOS 10.14 or later
• Processor: 64-bit Intel processor
• Disk Space: At least 10 MB free space
• Memory: 4 GB RAM minimum

📥 How to Download zxql

1. Visit the Releases page.
2. Find the latest version of zxql.

3. Click on the .zip file link to begin the download.

   

4. Once the download is complete, locate the .zip file in your Downloads folder.
5. Double-click the .zip file to extract it.

🛠️ How to Install zxql

1. After extraction, open the folder containing the zxql application.
2. Drag the zxql application icon to your Applications folder.
3. You can now find zxql in your Applications menu.

⚙️ How to Use zxql

1. Open the Finder and navigate to a folder containing your .SNA files.
2. Select any .SNA file using a single click.
3. Press the spacebar, or right-click the file and select “Quick Look.”
4. You will see a preview of the ZX Spectrum snapshot.

❓ Troubleshooting

• Issue: The application does not open.
  • Solution: Ensure you are using macOS 10.14 or later.
• Issue: .SNA files do not preview.
  • Solution: Confirm that the files are not corrupted and are saved correctly.
